manI purchased your The 3 Week Before Christmas Diet program and started January 21st. It was a very informative and easy to read book.
I lost 8 pounds in 12 days, I worried that I was losing way too quickly. I have to admit that I did not follow the guide to the letter. I didn't stick perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (in addition to) getting very little exercise, and the weight just keeps going off anyway.
It works well and if I had followed the program to the letter I think it would be scary because of the amount of weight I would lose. So thanks again for the information. I have never bought anything like this because it usually is bullshit, but the 3 Week Diet was a pleasant surprise. In addition, my girlfriend is raving about my new body!
